Is Mr. Bassett able to refuse to represent members of the association plus families, friends and residents who regularly attend our meetings?
Letters have been sent to the NSW Premier and Ministers for Roads and Ports and Planning and infrastructure to ascertain the Liberal Party Policy.

Bart Bassett does another back flip!
At the last community meeting where Kim Ford, Mayor of Hawkesbury City Council addressed the meeting Bart Bassett arranged with the Chairperson, after the meeting, to attend the next meeting on Monday 20/2/12. Bart has sent NRDCAA and advised he will no longer be communicating with NRDCAA.

Independant Chairperson offerred to Bart Bassett
NRDCAA has written to Bart Bassett and offered him the opportunity to address the 19th March, 2012 community meeting with an independent Chairperson, Kevin Rozzoli, at 7.15pm at North Richmond Community Centre.
Will Bart accept this offer and meet with his stakeholders, the community?

Letter to Hawkesbury City Council
At the NRDCAA community meeting held on 21/11/11 Mathew Owens, Director of City Planning from Hawkesbury City Council attended.
A number of concerns were raised for which the committee has written to Hawkesbury City Council for investigation.
Firstly, one to do with inadequate drainage, secondly, who polices the North Richmond Joint Venture (NRJV) development site “Yobarnie”, particularly in regards to excessive and contaminated run-off into dams, private property and Redbank Creek and thirdly, the possible existence of a private cemetery still existing within the development site. Heritage Council to be fully consulted
On 11 August, 2009, NRDCAA received a letter from the Department of Planning, Heritage Branch informing us that the Minister decided that an IHO was not warranted in this instance, believing substantially the same result could be achieved by ensuring that the Heritage Council is fully consulted and has a role in any development or rezoning application that may be initiated while the heritage significance of the site is investigated further.
