Council is in receipt of Development Application No. DA0498/18 for vegetation removal, the demolition of a dwelling house and outbuilding, earthworks, the removal of two dams, the construction of roads, landscaping and public domain works and a staged Torrens title subdivision to create an additional 273 residential lots and four open space lots at 382 Grose Vale Road, North Richmond.
